Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you about an important change that directly affects all shipments from Israel to the United States.
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has introduced an import duty of 15% on all goods originating from Israel, regardless of their value. This tariff is part of the updated U.S. trade policy and has been officially published by the White House: link
According to the notification from EMS (the export division of Israel Post), this duty must be prepaid by the exporter at the time of shipment. EMS collects the 15% customs duty on behalf of U.S. Customs, and without this prepayment, parcels will not be allowed into the United States. In addition, EMS charges a small processing fee of 10 NIS + VAT for each shipment.
In this regard, we are forced to include the mentioned duty in the final price of products for customers in the U.S.
Understanding that this is an additional burden for our clients, we have decided to cover part of the expenses ourselves. Instead of adding the full 15% duty, we will only add 10% to the product price, while we will absorb the remaining 5% and the processing fee (10 NIS + VAT).
Please note:
• This is not an additional charge from our company.
• This is a mandatory U.S. customs duty, collected through EMS.
• The funds are transferred directly to U.S. Customs through the official procedure.
We understand that this change may cause inconvenience, and we want to assure you that our company remains committed to transparency, reliability, and high-quality service. Despite the new regulations, we continue to do everything possible to ensure timely and uninterrupted delivery.
Thank you for your understanding and trust.
